墨西哥城之行准备之二: 街摊美食看图识字

做了一些墨西哥美食功课,其目的之一是看图识字,以免到时看着菜谱不知所云,尤其是西班牙文;目的之二自然是一日三餐果腹之必须。在做此功课的过程中,意外地获知墨西哥美食被列入世界非文化遗产,于是增加了几分兴趣了解其中。

以下16种街摊美食 Street Food来自网络介绍,我一一对照着名字查了图片,看了视频。似乎主要是以薄饼为基础,然后是不同馅料或肉或菜或奶酪的或卷或裹或煎或煮,很像中国的包子饺子馄饨馅饼锅贴等等这个系列。
